So what may seem silly someplace else will seem perfectly rational here in a town of eccentrics. Thus when a famous scientist proclaimed that she always had her greatest inspirations while in the bathroom, it was not long before a series of artful public toilets were placed throughout the city in hope of stimulating the creative minds of the citizenry.
